Are you a highly motivated team leader with MSK Physiotherapy experience? Or a pro-active MSK Physiotherapist with career aspiration seeking leadership training and development?
NLaG are seeking a highly motivated suitability qualified, registered MSK Physiotherapist with clinical experience. This great opportunity has arisen to join our diverse team due to the current post holder emigrating and progressing a career overseas.
Working as a Physiotherapy Team leader you will have input into the day-to-day planning and co-ordinate delivery of services in our outpatient setting. You will have direct input into the assessment and treatment of patients who present with acute and general issues and injury.
The role is best suited for a forward-thinking leader who is looking to join an amazing work family and support the department and established team of highly skilled staff. You will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills with strong commitment to your ongoing professional education and development.
You will manage and lead the MSK Physiotherapy service, part of the MSK Partnership in Northern Lincolnshire helping to improve the pathway to provide an excellent service to our local population based in Scunthorpe General Hospital.
Alternatively, if you are an experienced MSK, HCPC registered Physiotherapist with career aspiration and you are seeking progression to develop into a team leader role we welcome your application for our developmental leadership training route.

Essential Role Criteria
- Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
- HCPC Registered
- Driving Licence
- Clinical Experience
- Wide range of CPD activities, including studies up to master’s level, esp. related to specialist area.
