It takes more than our clinical workforce to run a successful healthcare service.
The work carried out by support services is broad, we’ve categorised these into 2 main areas:
Clinical Support Services – These are roles that are directly involved in a patients care. For example health care assistants or therapy assistants.
Non-Clinical Support Services – These are roles that keep our services running smoothly. For example I.T support, maintenance, porters, domestic services, human resources, finance to name just a few.
