What is the Kerala Partnership Project?

Our aim is to enable the ethical and legal recruitment of clinicians without the involvement of private agencies via a Kerala state government endorsed partnership with their state representative body, Norka Roots.

We work directly with Keralan clinical training institutes. These partnerships have been established and formalised via MOUs, and continue to be developed and deepened through personal connection between colleagues from all of the organisations involved.

What Have We Achieved So Far?

The project is still in its infancy, however to date we have welcomed:

  • 103 Nurses
  • 14 Physiotherapist
  • 14 Psychiatrists
  • 4 Dietitians
  • 3 Speech and Language Therapists
  • 2 Pharmacists
  • 2 Radiographers
  • 1 Occupational Therapist

These figures reflect candidates that have arrived in the UK and are now actively employed.

We are also actively developing further partnership opportunities that extend to wider staff groups.
