The Area

Cleethorpes PierJoin us and you could live and work in an area, which boasts Blue Flag beaches, areas of ‘Outstanding Natural Beauty’, market towns and picturesque villages. Not only is the area steeped in history but it offers affordable housing, outstanding schools and excellent transport links to some of the most vibrant cities in the North of England.

The North Lincolnshire district is a mixed industrial and rural community. The remaining population is in a mainly farming rural area which extends into the attractive Ancholme Valley and the gently sloping hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds. With extensive beaches along the coastal strip, these make North Lincolnshire the ideal destination for walkers, cyclists and paddle board enthusiasts. There is a wealth of cultural and sporting activities in the district suitable for most needs. This includes a marina at South Ferriby for sailing in the Humber Estuary and a number of well-regarded golf clubs.

We believe life is for living; and we have plenty to keep you busy. Whether you’re looking for cultural days out, shopping with friends, family trips to the beach, unwinding in a country pub or treating yourself to some of our finest local produce at one of the many restaurants near-by, you’ll always be minutes away from everything you want and need.
