Our specialty doctors are at the core of our patient facing services and delivery. They ensure that our junior medical colleagues are well supported whilst enabling the consultant body to ensure that specialty services continually develop and provide the very best of patient care.
As a specialty doctor we are committed to supporting you to continually develop within your chosen area of clinical specialty. In addition should you wish to develop your career to the next level the Trust will also support you in gaining your specialty registration.
We offer a range of benefits to further reinforce our offer and make your start with us that little bit more comfortable. These include:
- 10 days study leave per year
- Relocation allowance of up to £4,000
- Access to a programme to support with gaining CESR – including ensuring competencies are met in other specialties where required
- A full onboarding service – offering assistance with finding accommodation, registering with schools and providing information about the area.
The Trust is conveniently positioned in close proximity to a number of major UK cities and is on the doorstep of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds.
